Ambleside Traditional Bungalow

Embarking on the architectural design for a traditional-looking 2,200 square foot bungalow, our project featured Hardie board siding, manufactured stacked stone, and steeped roof pitches to satisfy the homeowner's vision and adhere to the architectural guidelines set by the developer. The main floor, with its separate kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, seamlessly complemented the exterior aesthetic. In the finished basement, we incorporated an additional bedroom, bathroom, a flexible room, and a spacious recreational area, ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and flexibility for the homeowners. Beyond the creative aspects, our role extended to coordinating the permitting process, ensuring a cohesive transition from concept to construction for this new build.
